You will have experience of working within operating theatres as a Theatre Practitioner and be a caring and compassionate professional. You will be responsible for providing skilled clinical and technical assistance as a member of the operating theatre team and to participate in the assessment of patient care needs and implement and maintain agreed standards of care. The successful candidate will be confident in working independently and be decisive in critical situations. You will have good interpersonal skills and be willing to support others. You must have a professional approach to work and demonstrate the ability to use initiative.
